• Female chef required for a seasonal or permanent position on a yacht based in Sardinia and the Caribbean. • The yacht is 28-40m and will have 4-5 crew. • The chef should have experience working on yachts, be confident in their abilities, and have experience in Michelin- or fine-dining restaurants. • Plate presentation is very important, and the chef should be able to provide a fresh, healthy Mediterranean diet using in-season produce. • The chef should also have experience in international cuisines for charter guests (maximum 6 per trip). • A high level of English is required, and the chef must have EU residency or the right to work in the EU. • The position offers a salary of €5500-6000 per month plus tips, 42 days paid annual leave, and paid courses to increase skills and knowledge. • The boat will be in the Caribbean for the winter season for private and charter use.
