We are working exclusively with a private client based in Dubai Marina, who is seeking a highly professional and discreet Butler to join a large, well-established household team. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dedicated team of seven butlers, delivering world-class service within an ultra-high-net-worth residence. This is a live-out position, and due to frequent travel and the nature of the role, EU or UK passport holders are preferred. Key Responsibilities • Provide seamless and professional service to the principal and their guests at all times. • Work collaboratively as part of a team of 7 butlers to ensure all aspects of the household run smoothly. • Set and serve meals to a 5-star standard, from informal family dining to formal events. • Prepare and serve beverages, including wine service and cocktails, with impeccable etiquette. • Assist in planning and overseeing private events, coordinating with kitchen and service teams. • Manage wardrobe care, including laundry, pressing, garment organisation, and packing/unpacking for travel. • Assist the principal with travel arrangements, itineraries, and bookings. • Greet and host guests, ensuring their comfort and providing refreshments throughout their visit. • Oversee the presentation of the property, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and readiness. • Liaise with household staff, external suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. • Support household security procedures and ensure discretion and confidentiality at all times. • Travel internationally with the family when required, maintaining the same high standard of service off-site. • Prepare and manage secondary residences or holiday properties in advance of the family’s arrival. Ideal Candidate • Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Butler within a private UHNW household or luxury hospitality environment. • Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and a polished professional demeanour. • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate within a large service team. • Excellent organisational and communication skills, able to anticipate and respond to the principal’s needs. • Skilled in formal dining service, table settings, and high-end hospitality. • Experience with wardrobe care, packing/unpacking, and personal service tasks. • Willingness and ability to travel internationally with the family as required. • EU or UK passport holder preferred for ease of travel and work requirements. • Additional skills such as wine knowledge, smart home systems, or multilingual ability are advantageous.
