TEMP SOUS CHEF 50M+ A great temporary opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a 50m+ yacht for a one-month contract, supporting a busy schedule of short owner trips around Hong Kong. This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced chef who would like to join a program that goes off the beaten track. The role: • Preparing varied, healthy and high-quality meals for 13 crew• Assisting the Head Chef during owner trips• Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient working space• Private program with several short owner trips planned• Cruising around Hong Kong• Contract dates: 5th April to 5th May What we’re looking for: • Previous experience in a similar role on yachts and in professional kitchens• Confident in cooking crew food and supporting the Head Chef with guest service• Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude• Willingness to learn and take guidance from senior chefs• Strong team player with a proactive mindset What’s on offer: • Salary €5,500 per month• One-month temporary contract• Opportunity to work alongside an experienced Head Chef as well as travelling chefs who will occasionally come onboard• Supportive and collaborative onboard environment
