We are looking for a Stew/Deckhand to join a 28m sailing yacht for the summer season 2026 in Sardinia. You will work as a Stew/Deckhand during non-charter periods and as Stew only during charters (around five weeks during the season). A sailing background is required, with at least one full season's experience as Stew/Deckhand on a similar size vessel. Non-smoker only. Team player with a passion for yachting. STCW and Seafarer's Medical Certificate (valid for minimum six months) required. Good English; other languages are a bonus. Salary: DOE.
