Sous Chef 60m+ MY A fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a busy 60m+ private/charter yacht operating a dual-season program. • Prepare healthy, varied crew meals for an energetic, active crew • Assist the Head Chef with guest food preparation during charter periods • Maintain a well-organised, high-standard galley • Dual-season private/charter program with repeat charters already booked for the summer • Join a fun, diverse and engaged crew culture • Start date: Early April (TBC) What we’re looking for: • Minimum one year of experience on a similar-sized yacht • Strong crew food experience with interest in guest service • Positive, hardworking and collaborative team player • Willingness to develop baking/pastry skills under mentorship What’s on offer: • Salary: $5,500 DOE • 40 days leave, plus additional leave available at the Captain’s discretion • Equal share of charter tips • Supportive galley team and positive onboard culture
