Sous Chef for a privately run 120m+ motor yacht. Work within a talented culinary team to produce outstanding food for guests, reporting to the Senior Sous and Head Chef. The role includes: • Assist with guest operations and cook a variety of cuisines to a high standard. • Maintain organised systems and consistency throughout the galley. • Work collaboratively within a structured and diverse culinary team. • Private dual-season programme. • Start date: June 2026. What we're looking for: • Past experience in a similar role on 120m+ vessels or as a Head Chef on smaller vessels. • Strong restaurant background and/or formal culinary training is advantageous. • Professional, driven, and able to guide more junior members of the galley team.
