## About This role Second Chef – Private 100 m+ MY • Start: 2nd June 2026• Location: Red Sea, Europe• Package: Salary in Euro – 114 days of leave Experience and attributes required: • Minimum of 3 years’ experience (post qualification) in high-end restaurants, preferably Michelin-recognised restaurants.• 1-2 years’ yacht experience over 50m, preferable but not necessary if training and restaurant background is strong enough.• Speciality cuisine-based qualifications is a plus (bakery, bread).• Must have a fluent command of English.• Good base knowledge of various international cuisines, strong work ethic and ability to adapt and work as part of a large galley team.• Be personable, well-presented, and self-motivated.
