## About This role Sole Chef – Private 32m M/Y This is a fantastic seasonal opportunity for a creative, organised, and team-oriented Sole Chef to join a well-run 32m private motor yacht cruising the Mediterranean. The vessel operates to a high standard with a supportive onboard culture and is looking for a confident chef who can deliver fresh, beautifully presented cuisine while maintaining an efficient and spotless galley. Start date: April – End of October Itinerary: Mediterranean Package: Salary paid in Euros, 38 days’ paid leave Experience/Skills required: • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef on motor yachts 25m+ • Strong team player with a proactive and positive mindset • Able to thrive under pressure with excellent time management • High standards of food presentation and galley cleanliness • Experienced with provisioning and liaising with Mediterranean suppliers • Willingness to assist with light deck duties when required Qualifications required: • STCW (fully updated) with PSA/PDSD • Seafarer’s Medical Certificate • Food Hygiene Level 2 (valid) • Non-smoker • Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred) Applicants should meet the listed criteria.
