We are working with a returning UHNW client who has recently relocated to the Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, to assist in hiring a full-time Private Housekeeper. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established household, working alongside an existing House Manager/PA in a beautifully maintained four-bedroom villa. The role will involve all standard housekeeping duties, alongside additional responsibilities supporting the House Manager/PA. This is a varied position offering excellent exposure for a candidate looking to broaden their skillset and gain valuable PA experience within a private household environment. This role provides accommodation, a lovely one-bedroom apartment, offering a high level of privacy and comfort. The role is open to candidates currently based in Dubai or those willing to relocate from Europe. Key Responsibilities • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of a four-bedroom luxury villa to an impeccable standard• Perform daily housekeeping duties including cleaning, tidying, and organisation• Manage laundry and wardrobe care, including ironing, garment care, and seasonal organisation• Oversee wardrobe management, including packing and unpacking as required• Run personal errands for the Principal and household• Support the House Manager/PA with administrative and organisational tasks• Assist with light PA duties as required, including scheduling and coordination• Ensure all household supplies are stocked and organised• Liaise with external suppliers and service providers when needed• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times• Assist with preparation for guests and ensure the home is always guest-ready Ideal Candidate • Ukrainian nationality preferred or fluent Russian speaker essential• Female as requested by the client• Previous experience working within a private household or luxury hospitality environment• Strong housekeeping and laundry skills with excellent attention to detail• Organised, proactive, and able to take initiative• Interest in developing PA skills and progressing into a broader role• Professional, discreet, and well-presented• Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude• Strong communication skills• Able to work both independently and as part of a team Package • Working schedule: 6 days a week• Visa and health insurance provided• Accommodation provided – luxury one-bedroom apartment• All travel expenses covered• Salary: 15,000 AED – 16,000 AED net per month (DOE) Job Status: Live Responsible Consultant: Philippa Smith
