A busy family of three are looking for a caring housekeeper/house manager to join them preferably Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9am – 5pm. There is some flexibility for these days and hours for the right person. It can even be daily. Your duties will revolve around general housekeeping (no heavy cleaning as they have regular cleaners for high traffic areas) such as laundry, beds, assisting with trades persons coming to the home and OOODLES of dog walking! The family (2 adults & 14 year old) would also like someone to be able to prepare their evening meals on these days – healthy/low carb easy meals. Potentially there will be some nanny/sitting duties depending on whether you are happy to take on more hours. We are seeking someone with the following attributes: • Minimum 2 years’ experience in private housekeeping/ house management • Strong eye for detail • Have management as well as housekeeping experience (liaison with gardeners/contractors, organise repairs, etc) • Self-motivated, good initiative and able to follow direction • Excellent Housekeeping and Laundry skills • Be detail oriented with strong organisational skills • Love of dogs a must! • Drivers License and own car a must and a current Police Check. Salary: $40-$45 per hour (plus Superannuation and Leave Entitlements) Depending on Experience
