## About This role Second Officer – Private 50m M/Y This is a great opportunity to join a well-run 50m private motor yacht currently based in Italy. The yacht operates a professional program with Mediterranean cruising, and the Captain is looking for a motivated Second Officer who can support navigation, safety, and deck operations while maintaining a strong team spirit on board. Start date: ASAP Itinerary: Mediterranean Package: Salary paid in Euros, leave package to be discussed Experience/Skills required: • Minimum 2 seasons’ experience as an Officer or Lead Deckhand on yachts 40m+ • Strong navigation and watchkeeping experience • Confident supervising deck operations and managing deckhands • Good understanding of safety procedures and vessel maintenance • Professional attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to assist with guest operations when required Qualifications required: • OOW 3000GT (or equivalent Officer of the Watch certification) • STCW (fully updated) with PSA/PDSD • Seafarer’s Medical Certificate • Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred) Candidates who meet the client’s requirements will be contacted by the recruitment consultant.
