Junior Sous Chef – 130m+ motor yacht. A great opportunity for a Sous Chef looking to step up into a large team and take on more responsibility. This is a private 130m+ motor yacht that operates a dual season program. The role: • Assist with guest operations whilst also acting as a senior chef within the crew galley. • Act as a strong support to the senior team (made up of a Sous Chef, Senior Sous and Head Chef). • Work collaboratively within a talented team who like to create a positive galley environment. • Start date: July 2026. What we’re looking for: • Past experience in a similar role on 100m+ vessels or as a Sous Chef from a smaller vessel looking to step up; proven longevity in previous roles is preferred. • Strong restaurant background and/or formal culinary training required. • Motivated, knowledgeable and able to guide junior team members.
