• Are you an experienced housekeeper who loves to cook? • Or an experienced cook who loves housekeeping? • Immediate start for the right person (who must love dogs). A mature couple and their four dogs are looking for an experienced Housekeeper/Cook/House Manager to assist in all daily tasks on their property located in Tuerong, Victoria. With weekly cleaners in place your duties will involve general housekeeping, laundry, tidying and organising, beds and linen changes, house management (organising trades if required) and other personal errands for the principals. Meal preparation including light daily lunches and two to three course dinners will be part of the cooking duties, with some yearly functions (birthdays, special events) during the year for up to 12 guests, so we are looking for someone who is a confident cook/chef as well. Your day will begin with shopping at around 8:30am and work through the day to finish around 6–7pm depending on the principals' requirements on the day. Weekend work is essential so the working week would mostly be Thursdays through to Mondays. Requirements: • Australian residency is required as the role is intended to be long-term; • Previous housekeeping experience in private homes; • Be a confident cook/chef/caterer; • Ability to work without supervision; • Able to run errands as required; • Hold a police check and relevant working with children or blue card where applicable; • Driver's licence and own car; • Be reliable, trustworthy and discreet. A salary package of $110,000 plus superannuation and entitlements is on offer for the right person, depending on experience.
