Job Description

We are working with a VVIP client on a highly confidential and unique hospitality project based in a beautiful part of the Middle East. We are seeking an exceptional Female Training & Quality Manager to ensure all service delivery meets the highest international luxury standards, with absolute consistency, discretion and attention to detail. This is a rare opportunity to join an exclusive, newly established project and play a strategic leadership role within a full project team of 80. The successful candidate will design and implement comprehensive training programmes, establish rigorous quality assurance frameworks, and drive a culture of excellence aligned with ultra-luxury and VIP service protocols. All shortlisted candidates will be required to sign a strict NDA. Interviews will be conducted in person, with travel expenses reimbursed. The anticipated start date is May. You MUST hold an EU passport. We can only consider female applicants for cultural reasons. We can’t consider candidates with previous Middle East experience. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual training strategy aligned with international 5* standards • Design and deliver onboarding programmes focused on service culture, etiquette, discretion and VIP handling • Conduct regular service standards training across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Butler and Security teams • Establish and maintain quality assurance frameworks and SOP compliance systems • Develop detailed service manuals, brand standards and operational guidelines • Conduct internal quality audits, mystery audits and service evaluations • Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and internal feedback to identify improvement opportunities • Lead corrective action plans and service recovery training initiatives • Coach department heads on quality enhancement and performance excellence • Ensure alignment with Forbes-style inspection criteria and ultra-luxury guest expectations • Oversee grooming, etiquette and professional presentation standards across the property • Coordinate cross-departmental training to ensure a seamless guest journey • Prepare detailed quality performance reports for senior leadership • Lead preparations for VIP visits, inspections and high-profile events • Maintain absolute discretion in all training and quality matters Ideal Candidate • Female EU passport holder (essential) • 8–15 years’ experience within luxury hospitality operations • At least 3–5 years in a senior Training, Learning & Development or Quality Assurance leadership role • Previous experience within internationally recognised 5* resorts such as The One & Only, Four Seasons, St Regis or Six Senses is essential • Must not have previously worked in the Middle East • Deep understanding of ultra-luxury service standards and VIP protocols • Strong training design, facilitation and coaching expertise • Exceptional presentation skills and executive presence • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting guest satisfaction metrics • Highly discreet, culturally aware and detail-oriented • Available to commence in May Package • Working schedule: 6 days a week • Visa and health insurance provided • Full accommodation provided • All travel expenses covered • In-person interview travel reimbursed • Salary: 18,000 – 22,000 QAR net per month (approximately $5,000 – $6,000 net per month) Job Status: Live Responsible Consultant: Philippa Smith
