Job Description

We are working with a VVIP client on a highly confidential and unique hospitality project based in a beautiful part of the Middle East. We are seeking an exceptional Female Spa Manager to oversee all spa and wellness operations, ensuring guests receive a truly personalised, luxury experience delivered to the highest international 5* standards. This is a rare opportunity to join an exclusive, newly established project and play a key role within a team of 80. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the spa concept, maintaining impeccable service standards, and delivering a VIP-level wellness experience tailored to high-profile guests. Absolute discretion is essential, and all shortlisted candidates will be required to sign a strict NDA. Interviews will be conducted in person, with travel expenses reimbursed. The anticipated start date is May. You MUST hold an EU passport. We can only consider female applicants for cultural reasons. We can’t consider candidates with previous Middle East experience. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the day-to-day management of the spa, including scheduling, staffing and service quality • Ensure all treatments and services meet exceptional 5* luxury standards • Develop and implement bespoke spa menus, wellness programmes and signature treatments • Recruit, train and mentor spa therapists and support staff • Maintain impeccable hygiene, safety and regulatory standards throughout the spa • Monitor spa inventory, equipment and facilities to ensure seamless operations • Collaborate with Guest Experience, Front Office and F&B teams to coordinate VVIP wellness requests • Handle guest feedback, complaints and special requests with professionalism and discretion • Prepare performance and guest satisfaction reports for senior management • Manage spa budgets, cost control and revenue optimisation strategies • Maintain absolute confidentiality at all times • Uphold international luxury hospitality standards across all wellness offerings Ideal Candidate • Female EU passport holder (essential) • 8–15 years’ experience within luxury spa management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role • Previous experience within internationally recognised 5* resorts such as The One & Only, Four Seasons, St Regis or Six Senses is essential • Must not have previously worked in the Middle East • Strong leadership, coaching and team management skills • In-depth knowledge of spa operations, wellness trends and VIP service standards • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and driving revenue • Highly discreet with refined presentation • Available to commence in May Package • Working schedule: 6 days a week • Visa and health insurance provided • Full accommodation provided • All travel expenses covered • In-person interview travel reimbursed • Salary: 18,000 – 22,000 QAR net per month (approximately $5,000 – $6,000 net per month) Job Status: Live Responsible Consultant: Philippa Smith
