We are working with a VVIP client on a highly confidential and unique hospitality project based in a beautiful part of the Middle East. We are seeking an exceptional Female HR Manager to lead all human resources functions, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, discretion and service excellence across the operation. This is a rare opportunity to join an exclusive, newly established project and play a strategic leadership role within a full project team of 80. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to senior management, shaping organisational culture, overseeing recruitment, and ensuring full alignment with luxury hospitality and VIP service standards. Absolute discretion is essential, and all shortlisted candidates will be required to sign a strict NDA. Interviews will be conducted in person, with travel expenses reimbursed. The anticipated start date is May. You MUST hold an EU passport. We can only consider female applicants for cultural reasons. We can’t consider candidates with previous Middle East experience. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement the overall HR strategy aligned with the property’s luxury positioning • Act as a strategic partner to the General Manager on all people-related matters • Lead end-to-end recruitment across all departments, ensuring alignment with 5* service standards • Establish structured onboarding programmes focused on discretion, etiquette and excellence • Oversee workforce planning, organisational structure and manpower budgeting • Design and implement luxury hospitality training initiatives across departments • Develop succession planning and high-potential talent programmes • Implement and manage a structured performance management system • Coach department heads on evaluation, feedback and employee development • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary processes with professionalism • Ensure full compliance with labour laws, internal policies and hospitality regulations • Oversee payroll coordination, compensation benchmarking and benefits administration • Maintain confidential employee records in accordance with strict privacy protocols • Monitor HR metrics and provide strategic reports to senior leadership • Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability and service excellence • Support HR operations during audits, inspections and VIP event preparations • Uphold absolute discretion when handling sensitive organisational and VIP information Ideal Candidate • Female EU passport holder (essential) • 8–15 years’ progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior HR leadership role within luxury hospitality • Previous experience within internationally recognised 5* resorts such as The One & Only, Four Seasons, St Regis or Six Senses is essential • Must not have previously worked in the Middle East • Strong strategic HR planning and execution capability • Executive presence with high professional maturity • In-depth understanding of luxury, boutique or VIP hospitality environments • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and influencing skills • Strong knowledge of labour law, HR compliance and payroll systems • High emotional intelligence with impeccable integrity • Available to commence in May Package • Working schedule: 6 days a week • Visa and health insurance provided • Full accommodation provided • All travel expenses covered • In-person interview travel reimbursed • Salary: 18,000 – 22,000 QAR net per month (approximately $5,000 – $6,000 net per month) Job Status: Live Responsible Consultant: Philippa Smith
