We are working with a VVIP client on a highly confidential and unique hospitality project based in a beautiful part of the Middle East. We are seeking a team of exceptional Female Hostesses to serve as the first point of contact for VIP and high-profile guests, ensuring a warm, polished and impeccably professional welcome at all times. This is a rare opportunity to join an exclusive, newly established project and become part of a full project team of 80 delivering world-class 5* service standards. The successful candidate will manage guest flow, oversee reservations, and create an outstanding first impression while maintaining absolute discretion. All shortlisted candidates will be required to sign a strict NDA. Interviews will be conducted in person, with travel expenses reimbursed. The anticipated start date is May. You MUST hold an EU passport. We can only consider female applicants for cultural reasons. We can’t consider candidates with previous Middle East experience. Key Responsibilities • Welcome guests upon arrival and escort them to tables or designated areas with confidence and poise • Manage reservations, seating plans and waiting lists efficiently • Provide detailed information regarding dining options and property services • Handle VIP guests and special requests with discretion and professionalism • Coordinate closely with Front Office, F&B and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences • Maintain an organised, immaculate and visually appealing reception or entrance area • Communicate guest preferences and feedback to relevant departments • Assist with private functions, special events and exclusive experiences • Uphold impeccable grooming and luxury service etiquette at all times • Manage high-pressure situations calmly and professionally • Anticipate guest needs and ensure a smooth service flow • Maintain strict confidentiality in all guest interactions Ideal Candidate • Female EU passport holder (essential) • 2–5 years’ experience within fine dining, luxury hospitality or VIP service environments • Previous experience within internationally recognised 5* resorts such as The One & Only, Four Seasons, St Regis or Six Senses is essential • Must not have previously worked in the Middle East • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities • Professional presentation and refined grooming standards • Cultural awareness and discretion when dealing with high-profile guests • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable • Available to commence in May Package • Working schedule: 6 days a week • Visa and health insurance provided • Full accommodation provided • All travel expenses covered • In-person interview travel reimbursed • Salary: 15,000 – 17,000 QAR net per month (approximately $4,000 – $4,600 net per month)
