We are working with a VVIP client on a highly confidential and unique hospitality project based in a beautiful part of the Middle East. We are seeking an exceptional Female General Manager to lead this flagship operation, overseeing a team of 80 and ensuring the delivery of impeccable, world-class service at every level. This is a rare opportunity to be part of an exclusive, newly established project operating to the highest international luxury standards. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the culture, operational framework, and guest experience from the outset. Absolute discretion is essential, and all shortlisted candidates will be required to sign a strict NDA. Interviews will be conducted in person, with travel expenses reimbursed. Key Responsibilities • Provide strategic leadership and full operational oversight of the property • Recruit, lead and inspire a team of 30 to deliver exceptional 5* service standards • Establish and maintain luxury operating procedures across all departments • Drive financial performance, budgeting and cost control in line with ownership expectations • Ensure seamless guest experiences, tailored to VVIP standards • Monitor KPIs and report directly to ownership on performance and objectives • Oversee all departmental heads, ensuring collaboration and efficiency • Maintain full compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners and high-profile guests • Implement service training programmes to uphold international luxury standards • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts where required • Uphold absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times Ideal Candidate • Female EU passport holder (essential) • 15+ years’ progressive experience within luxury hospitality • Proven experience as a General Manager or senior executive within 5* resorts • Previous experience with internationally recognised 5* resorts such as The One & Only, Four Seasons, St Regis or Six Senses is essential • Strong financial acumen with proven P&L management experience • Exceptional leadership and team development skills • Impeccable presentation and communication abilities • High level of discretion and professionalism • Must not have previously worked in the Middle East • Available to commence in May Package • Working schedule: 6 days a week • Visa and health insurance provided • Full accommodation provided • All travel expenses covered • In-person interview travel reimbursed • Salary: 22,000 – 26,000 QAR net per month (approximately $7,000 – $8,000 net per month) Job Status: Live Responsible Consultant: Philippa Smith
