We are looking for a highly experienced Family Assistant who is looking for a hybrid role with a lovely, family of four (boys aged 3 & 5) based in South Yarra, VIC. They travel extensively to their residences in New Zealand and Switzerland and they are looking for an amazing person to take care of their homes, prepare most of the family meals, general housekeeping (they have cleaners) and generally support their busy family life. We are most definitely looking for someone who has had proven experience in a similar role - including young children - and is looking for a long-term commitment and relationship with the family and of course be able to travel with them on extended trips to NZ and Switzerland, when not home in South Yarra. We are looking for someone who has the following: • Available between the hours of 11am – 7pm between 40-50 hours per week; • Be a doting childcare provider who is able to get involved in their activities, including arranging playdates, swimming, feeding, bathing and providing educational yet fun times; • Have strong initiative, commitment and be able to adapt and fit in well with the family and respectful of their requirements; • Able to provide nutritious meals (Gluten Free) for the family; • Current Clean Driver’s License; own vehicle or vehicle can be provided • WWCC and Police Check; • First Aid Days: Full-time Monday – Friday (some weekend work may be required) Hours: 11am-7pm (some flexibility required for earlier starts) Salary: A generous salary package (Circa $100,000) will be offered for the right candidate.
