We are looking for a Deckhand/Stew to join a 28m Sailing Yacht for summer season 2026 in Sardinia. You will work as Deckhand/Stew during non-charter period and as Deckhand only during charters (around 5 weeks during season). You will need to have a sailing background. You will also need to have at least 1 full season's experience as Stew / Deckhand on a similar size vessel. Non-smoker ONLY Team player Has a passion for yachting STCW Seafarer's Medical Certificate (valid for minimum 6 months) Good knowledge of the English language is required. Other languages is a bonus.
