An opportunity for a Deckhand to join an 85m motor yacht with a predominantly private programme and a Mediterranean and Bahamas/Florida itinerary. • Start date: 15th June • Full deckhand position supporting all exterior operations, maintenance, and guest activities • Predominantly private programme, with limited charter activity in summer (typically 1–2 charters) • Operation and handling of tenders • Dual-season itinerary: Bahamas and Florida until early May, followed by a Mediterranean summer season Requirements: • Yachtmaster preferred but not essential • Ideally 1 year of experience on a similar size vessel • Dive certification or fishing background advantageous • Male candidates only, due to cabin arrangements • B1/B2 visa preferred but not essential What's on offer: • Salary: 4,000 USD • Leave: 3:1 rotation • Training package provided • Discretionary 13th month bonus and annual pay rise • Active, hands-on programme with skill development opportunities and a professional team culture
