This is a well-balanced programme with a leadership team that genuinely prioritises crew wellbeing and development. The program: • Private dual-season program: busy Mediterranean summers and more relaxed Caribbean winters.• Well-structured program with reasonable gaps between trips.• Opportunity to grow within a supportive 3-vessel fleet.• Start date: 13th/14th May. What we're looking for: • 1-2 years of yachting experience.• Confident tender driving skills.• Valid B1/B2 visa highly preferred.• Valid Schengen visa covering the full season.• Additional skills considered a bonus.• Positive, motivated, and keen to develop within a professional program.
