We have a fantastic opportunity for a Deckhand to join a 70m+ private motor yacht operating a busy dual-season Mediterranean and Caribbean program. The role: • Full deckhand position supporting all exterior operations, maintenance, and guest activities. • Assist with mooring, anchoring and tender operations. • Engage confidently with guests during trips, maintaining high service standards on deck. • Busy dual-season private program: Mediterranean summers and Caribbean winters. • Start date: mid-May (flexible for the right candidate). What we're looking for: • Must have a minimum of 6-12 months of experience on a yacht, with solid fundamentals and guest exposure. • Yachtmaster or Yacht Rating - open to candidates who are close to achieving this too. • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop. • Interest or ability in tennis or padel advantageous (not essential). What’s on offer: • Salary: $3,400 USD. • Leave: 3:1 rotation. • 13th month bonus (paid bi-annually). • February salary review. • Busy dual-season itinerary offering strong experience and progression opportunities.
