We are seeking a Deckhand with watersports experience to join a 100m new build, launching in July 2026. This is a private dual-season program, with summers in the Mediterranean and winters likely in the United States/Caribbean. This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new yacht with exceptional standards and finish. What we're looking for: • Minimum of 1–2 years' yachting experience • Previous experience on larger vessels required (90m+ preferred) • Confident tender driver with solid boat-handling skills • Experience with watersports and setting up (wind sports, foiling etc.) • PWC ticket considered a strong advantage • B1/B2 visa preferred, but not essential What's on offer: • Leave: 3:1 rotation • Salary: Competitive (TBD during an interview) • Bonus scheme • Discretionary training scheme Start date: June
