We are seeking a highly professional, detail-driven full-time crew member to manage and maintain a Riva to the highest possible standard. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, pride, and precision in everything they do. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain the yacht in impeccable, showroom condition at all times (interior & exterior) • Daily cleaning, polishing, and detailing to luxury standards • Assist with docking, mooring, and all deck operations • Ensure all onboard systems, equipment, and inventory are fully operational and organised • Manage provisioning, stock control, and onboard readiness • Deliver a discreet, high-end guest experience when the owner and guests are onboard • Coordinate with captain/management on maintenance and scheduling Technical & Compliance Responsibilities: • Log, track, and manage all warranty items and servicing schedules • Maintain detailed records of all works, servicing, and supplier interventions • Liaise with service providers to ensure all work is completed to manufacturer standards • Ensure the yacht remains fully compliant and protected under all warranties Requirements: • Previous experience on luxury motor yachts or high-end hospitality • Strong technical awareness and ability to manage maintenance processes • Exceptional attention to detail – no shortcuts, no compromises • Highly organised, proactive, and accountable • Flexible availability (including weekends and travel periods) • STCW and relevant certifications preferred What We Offer: • Full-time role on a prestigious Riva • Competitive salary based on experience • Long-term opportunity with a professional and ambitious ownership team
