CREW CHEF 120M+ An excellent opportunity for a Crew Chef to join a privately run 120m+ yacht offering a structured, professional environment with clear development pathways. The role: • Prepare high-quality, healthy, and varied meals for a large, diverse crew • Support senior chefs in daily galley operations and service standards • Maintain exceptional hygiene, organisation, and consistency throughout the galley • Work collaboratively within a structured, high-performing culinary team • Private dual-season program • Start date: End of May What we’re looking for: • Ideally 1+ year of yachting experience • Experience on larger yachts (100m+ preferred) • Strong restaurant background and/or formal culinary training advantageous • Organised, proactive, and eager to develop within a large-yacht environment What’s on offer: • Salary: €4,500 per month • Rotation: 12:6 (weeks) • Excellent training budget with genuine opportunities for progression • Supportive senior chefs focused on mentoring and long-term development
