We are seeking an experienced and highly polished Chief Stewardess for a 32m private motor yacht, operating a 6-month Western Mediterranean season and hosting 2–6 guests. This position is ideal for a service-driven professional who excels in a refined private-yacht environment and consistently delivers discreet, highly personalised service to exceptional standards. Key Attributes: • Proven experience as Chief Stewardess or in a senior interior role• Exceptional service skills with a strong luxury hospitality background• Profound attention to detail across service, housekeeping, and presentation• Confident leader with the ability to train and motivate interior crew• Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure• Impeccable personal presentation and professional conduct• Discreet, trustworthy, and well suited to a private ownership programme Responsibilities Include: • Lead and manage the interior department to five-star private yacht standards• Deliver highly personalised service tailored to owner and guest preferences• Maintain immaculate interior presentation at all times• Coordinate closely with the Captain, Chef, and Deck team• Ensure compliance with yacht operational and safety procedures
