Chief Stewardess – 45m Private M/Y We are currently recruiting a Seasonal Chief Stewardess to join a 45m private motor yacht operating in the Mediterranean. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-run private program with an established crew and an immediate start. The yacht is used exclusively for private family cruising and runs with a crew of 9. The owners enjoy a relaxed onboard atmosphere while maintaining high standards of service, so we are looking for a Chief Stewardess who is professional, organised, and personable, with the ability to lead the interior efficiently while keeping service smooth and understated. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all interior operations, including guest service, housekeeping standards, provisioning, inventory control, and crew management within the interior department. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a close-knit team are essential. The position is seasonal, running from now until September/October, depending on the program.
