Working across a collection of luxury properties, you will ensure each villa is maintained to impeccable 5-star hospitality standards. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role requiring high levels of discretion, consistency, and professionalism. This is a rare opportunity to work in one of the most prestigious villa collections in France. You’ll be part of a highly professional team committed to excellence and discretion in luxury hospitality. Please Note: Candidates must hold an EU passport or the right to work in France prior to applying, as visa sponsorship is not offered. Applications from candidates without the right to work in France will not be considered. Responsibilities: • Complete villa maintenance: daily cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and entertainment areas to luxury standards. • Changeover management: full departure and arrival cleaning, restocking of amenities, and presentation of villas for guests. • Specialised cleaning: maintain spa facilities, pools, terraces, wine cellars, and cinema/game rooms. • Laundry services: handle guest and villa laundry with precision and care. • Kitchen duties: deep-clean professional-grade appliances, cookware, and food prep areas. • Guest service: maintain invisibility, discretion, and professional presentation at all times. • Team collaboration: communicate and report through a scheduling app; support team-wide initiatives and training. • Multi-site operations: work across eight properties with coordinated scheduling and transportation support. Ideal Candidate: • Must hold an EU passport or the right to work in France. • Minimum two years in luxury residential, villa, or hospitality housekeeping; professional kitchen cleaning a plus. • Meticulous attention to detail, physical stamina, independence, and strong time management. • Service-oriented, discrete, adaptable, and team-focused. • Comfortable using smartphone apps for reporting and scheduling. • Driving licence preferred. Package: • Contract type: Seasonal (CDD) or Permanent (CDI) under French HCR agreement. • Salary: €2,000 /month gross plus 13th-month bonus. • Bonuses: integration bonus during training, seasonal increases in peak months, changeover bonuses per villa, monthly performance bonus, and end-of-season bonus. • Other benefits include tip sharing, mileage reimbursement, training sessions, internal growth opportunities, full French social security coverage and mutuelle, housing options depending on availability, and an annual profit-sharing scheme. • Start date: April or end of May 2026.
