2nd Stewardess 65m MY Busy 65m private motor yacht seeking a strong and hands-on 2nd Stewardess to join a well-established interior team of five. This is a key support role to the Chief Stewardess, suited to someone confident leading from the front across all departments. The role: • Support the Chief Stewardess with day-to-day interior operations • Lead the team across service, housekeeping, and laundry as required • Maintain high standards during busy owner periods • Hands-on role with active involvement across all interior duties • Private program with a consistent schedule • Start date: 13th April • B1/B2 and Schengen visas preferred What we're looking for: • Proven 2nd Stewardess experience on 55m+ vessels • Strong service skills with confidence leading guest service • Well-rounded across all interior departments • Organised, proactive, and confident managing a small team • All standard yachting certifications What’s on offer: • Salary DOE • 60 days leave • Interior team of five with a supportive structure • Busy private program offering consistency and responsibility
